The room service was quick and quite satisfactory.
The check-in process was rather poor. Staff insisted on using self check-in desks. Those desks could not find my reservation. I had to wait for staff assistance. The staff was busy helping other guests with similar check-in problems.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location with convenient access to various shopping centers and public transport options. The room was modern and clean, and the beds were really comfortable! The view from the room added a special touch to my visit, it had a superb sight of the city skyline.
The public Wi-Fi was less secure. I would have liked private access!

The hotel has two mini pools shared between both hotels, though a bit small, they were clean and well kept. I noticed also the availability of a private gym, it includes modern equipment such as treadmills and weight machines. the facilities met my needs.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and it was excellent. I appreciated the numerous options. It made each morning enjoyable. The dining area was generally clean, staff ensured tables were cleared quickly.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to shopping centers and the MRT station! This made getting around very convenient. I found the proximity to various attractions very practical, saving a lot of time.

The location is great. Close to many attractions.
I found the self-check-in impersonal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. it was difficult to get clear directions to the gym. you must exit the building to access them. This was not clear at all.

Check-in was easy. The location is great near many tourist attractions. The room had a huge bed and was clean.
The tv wasn't working on arrival. An engineer was sent to fix it. The tv still did not work the next day. An engineer was sent again. The service at the downstairs reception had no idea what was happening.

The hotel location is fantastic. Rooms are modern and quiet. Self-service check-in was quick. The room had two double beds. Children amenities delighted us.
Breakfast area have messes sometimes, food was on the floor.
